How we protect your personal data

1 · Who we are

ADOVA is an integrated creative practice based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This policy is governed by the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), issued by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

2 · Data we collect

When you submit the "Begin" form or contact us directly, we collect only:

Full name
Position or organisation
Email address
Phone number
Service category
Project brief (free text)

We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3 · Purpose of processing

Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, scope the engagement, and maintain a professional relationship with you. It is not used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

4 · Where data is stored

All data is stored within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on accredited cloud infrastructure. No personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom without your explicit prior consent, in accordance with Article 29 of the PDPL.

5 · Retention

Inquiry data is retained for a maximum of two years from the last contact, after which it is permanently deleted — unless the relationship has converted into a contractual engagement that requires a longer retention period under regulatory requirements.

6 · Your rights (DSR)

The PDPL grants you the following rights. We commit to responding within thirty (30) days of receipt:

Right to know what data we hold about you
Right to access and obtain a copy
Right to correct inaccurate data
Right to deletion when the purpose has been served
Right to withdraw consent at any time

7 · Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or accidental loss. In the event of a breach affecting your data, you and the relevant authority will be notified within seventy-two (72) hours, in accordance with the law.

8 · Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The most recent revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated directly to active data subjects.
